It is also a short 15-minute drive to Raglan if you want to visit the beautiful beach or you can stay local and enjoy one of the gorgeous bush walks in Waitetuna Valley.
On a clear night, the views of the stars are breathtaking and during the day you can catch sight of many of the birds who regularly visit or live in the gardens.
